We can help with your Auto index problems. We can simply replace the Auto-Index bushings or do a complete overhaul on both the upper and lower auto-indexes. We can also Resleeve any hard to find or overprized bushings.
The 6” or F size station is rare, but there is still a few machines left out there. We can install a hardened sleeve and replace the Die holder if needed, bring both back to OEM specifications.
2" & 3.5" Thin Sleeves
Sleeving the Thin 2” and 3.5” or Thin C and D station is also a service that we can help you with.
We can retrofit our Turret Sleeves into both Thick or Thin style Octo-Racks as well as provide you with replacement Die Holder and Guide keys.
All Thin Turrets like Pega 244, Coma 255 or any Aries model can be retrofitted with our Turret Sleeves. We also carry Die holders and Guide keys for these models.
